## Why we exist

Our mission is to make high-impact connections that **build** businesses and **grow** careers.

Hiring the right talent is a critical function of your business. We know this from experience. We've been in your shoes scouting and identifying the right people to join our team.

We've hired, we've fired. We've worked with recruiting firms that we've loved, and, well... not loved.

We're building the talent sourcing and acquisition firm that we've always wanted to work with. ScoutHouse is built to be a competitive advantage for our clients so they can dominate their market.

The ScoutHouse team looks forward to embarking on new challenges with you.
